I will be attending grad school in Hawai'i and I had the school on lock down (Honolulu) but am finding out that most Universities on the islands have the program I want. This makes me happy because I live a quiet, mellow and low budget student lifestyle and Honolulu seems a little chaotic. I don't care about shopping, night life, tourist attractions, etc., all I care about is how likely I am to survive off a student budget (600/month in rent is average) for a couple of years. Thank you
