Im interested in learning a self defence martial art that is not theatrical like judo or karate. So none of this bowing bullshit or "becoming one with yourself" crap just pure fighting preferably without legs and only arms. Any ideas?
No martial art is theatrical. Martial art is about protecting yourself and others, and remaining safe.
So I agree with Frank, you don't have respect (no bow), and you are not interested in effective fighting, so try boxing.
