Which Mother Board should i choose?

I am deciding between the intel dx58so and the asus sabertooth x58. I would like to go with the dx58so but i heard alot of poor reviews about it. Which one should i chose
 
Go with the Asus. I'm not really sure why you'd want the Intel mobo, because the asus has great reviews, and an insane amount of features.

Or, even consider a brand like Gigabyte which i've had some great experiences with.
