Which one costs more: a pound (excluding packaging) of tobacco or a pound of pot?

Pretty straightforward: if you compared straight tobacco and straight (let's say, mid-grade) pot, which would cost more for the consumer?
okay, let's assume that the pot smoker doesn't go to jail (lives in Washington, a liberal pot state) and that you have to weigh the health costs of each: then which costs more?
 
Pot most definataly. A pound of that stuff can go over $1k

Now add on the millions of dollars in health care for both and the cost of jail time for weed.
