Hi im 14 years old and im starting to get more involved in classes at my gym. I have never took Yoga before and im not sure which class to take because theres different types of Yoga. There is Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
Which one would be easier? or which one would be more easier for a beginner?
