Which phone is better, Samsung Caliber, or Samsung Code?

Alright well, my birthday is in 2 days and i'm depended on getting one of these phones. I have no history with touch screen phones so it would be nice to use one for a change. The one thing that made me want to get the Samsung Caliber is it has a 3mp camera. I'm being drawn towards the Samsung Code too because, it has 6.1 windows mobile, which can be hacked to 7.0, which can use SPB TV. Both of these phones seem great. I really want the caliber but i want to make sure i wont regret getting it.
