It depends on which Hardware platform it runing and which application runs on it. -If you want use your PC to surf the internet and play games. Windows is your choice.-If you wanna have play with internet applications or you wanna have better control of your PC by yourself, try Linux.-If your PC is iMac or Macbook, of course MacOS!
