Which processor would you get?

I am a big gamer and my pentium 4 isn't cutting it anymore i need a 64 bit processor because i now have 4 gigs of ram and i have a 32 bit system and i need to know a good quality processor under 230$ would be nice as i said im a big gamer and video viewer.
