I did use Frostwire, then I tried Utorrent.
Found out, that instead of my 800kbps download speed I normally get, I got only about 80kbps when using Utorrent.
Uninstalled it and use Frostwire again. Everything backa to normal

I recommend the official BitTorrent application (BitTorrent.com) as it is the original.

The client you use should not affect the download speed and all applications use the same amount of bandwidth. It is the quality of torrent you use, not the software you download the torrent with.

use bitcomet it allows you to limit upload rate and it does not hurt your download speed
