On my laptop i tried to plug in some headphones so i could listen to music without distracting anyone, i used two different headphones and they didnt work and the sound came out the laptop speakers. I used a third pair, same problem, i unplugged the headphones and then plugged them back in and my laptop started making an unbearable whining/screaming noise. The only way i can either stop the noise is by putting in headphones in the headphone jack, or muting the volume. Is there anyway i can resolve this problem.PLEASE. Many Thanks, James x
