Hiya guys, not sure if you can help was in an accident last week were my car slipped on ice came off the road and had a collision with a concreate post. Of this im now worried as i have whiplash and cant go to work and because im self employed now going to loose money. oviously i know if someone else is at fault you can claim against them but not sure how it stands if its your own fault and nobody else is at fault. cheers
