Bob Manning was the former owner of a well-known and long time restaurant, Gebhardt's in the Glendale section of Queens in NYC. He moved to Floral Park on Long Island and later changed the restaurant and cuisine. It's now called, "Bob's Place". Jeff Eustler is the Executive Chef who developed this total fusion cuisine.Bobs Place
