As you can see with the following recipes that L&P add a few more ingredients to enhance the depth of flavor. Don't be afraid to experiment. Your requested recipe is a great base to start, seer your chicken in a hot pan, add a chopped shallot, diced green and red bell pepper, a few spinkles of Italian seasoning, a stick of butter, 1/2C L&P Chicken-shire sauce, saute for 10 minutes and serve over Linguini. MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 500g/1lb
Red onion finely chopped 1
L&P Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp.
Sundried tomatoes finely chopped 3 tbsp.
Soured cream 3 tbsp.
White wine 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep:
Heat oil in frying pan. Sauté chicken until browned (approximately 5 minutes).
Add onion and continue cooking until onions have browned slightly.
Add remaining ingredients, season to taste and serve with rice or pasta.

RANCHERO CHICKEN BREASTS
Ingredients:
Peanut or corn oil 2 tbsp.
Whole head of garlic, separated into cloves, peeled 1
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts 4
Green chillies, deseeded and sliced finely 1-2
Single cream (or buttermilk) 300ml
L&P Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp.
Juice of lemon
Prep:
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown.
Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Blend or food process the chillies, cream and the L&P Worcestershire Sauce. Add to the chicken in the pan.
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and add lemon juice. Simmer for 4-5 minutes uncovered until chicken is firm and sauce reduced.
To serve, slice chicken lenthwise into strips. Pour on the sauce.

WORCESTERSHIRE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts (with or without skin) 4
Chopped marjoram or oregano 2 tbsp.
L&P Worcestershire Sauce 142ml bottle
Green beans to serve.
Prep:
To Marinate: Score the chicken 4 times and place in a shallow roasting dish. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs and pour over the L&P Worcestershire Sauce.
To Marinate: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, overnight if possible. Turn the chicken at least 2-3 times during marinating.
To Cook: Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas Mark 5. Remove the cover from the dish and cover with tin foil.
To Cook: Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes then remove the foil and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes or until cooked.
To Cook: Serve immediately with vegetables.
