She said that she couldn't imagine someone from a "urban" area being as cute as Will. I think she just meant that she couldn't picture any black person being cute and nice. Then when Brianna confronts her she says "Lets not get ghetto", like just because a black person argues does not mean they are acting "ghetto". Then she farther said that she doesn't care if Brianna is come a scary BLACKVILLE and she made a ugly face. She is showing behavior that is common in a lot (not all) whites. Most whites make comments like that and then accuse you of playing the race card.

Yes she definitely is racist! Not only with saying lets not get "ghetto" but ALSO with the referring to the black community as "blackville". In the first episode She thought Will was a cutie and she didnt know people from "inner city areas" could be cute. Well what are people from the inner city supposed to look like? crack heads!? THATS racist...I don't care WHAT she calls it.
