An envelope which contained ricin, addressed to Senator Roger Wicker, Republican from Mississippi, was intercepted at the U.S. Capitol's off-site mail facility in Washington. Who attempted to kill Sen. Roger Wicker? A left wing nut job or a right wing nut job?
