Who can I complain to when a Doctor is trying to.....?

Force you into taking a treatment I have already told him 3 times I do not want to take and he keeps calling me at home and harassing that I need to get it done. The treatment is NOT a life saving procedure at all. He just keeps nagging about it’s a good thing to do. I am sick of it and want him to stop. Please if anyone knows help me out.
