You know how there is an ombudsman for each industry, what is the banks? My direct debited money out of my savings account and transferres it into my loan account without my authorisation. I will talk to the bank but from experience i know places like that dont like to accept that they have done anything wrong so i need something to threaten them with. Who?

Yes, the BBB [Better Business Bureau] is a good place to start. You can also complain to various consumer protection agencies specified for banks. Another thing yoy may wanter consider doing is threatining them with lawsuit. Unless they had your permission in writting within 30 days, the bank has no right to move your money around, just because they happen to be housing your money. Its no different than a total stranger moving your money around without your permission. Its fraud!

I'd call and speak to a representative and start professionally but firmly, demand that the transaction be reversed. If they start the sentence with "unfortunately..." stop the conversation and escalate (ask to be transfered to a supervisor). Keep escalating until you get someone with the authority or desire to do the right thing. Ask them if they have record of you giving them permissipn to conduct this transaction. When of course they can't provide it, don't be afraid to use the words "fraud, legal action, consumer protection, BBB, ect."

Finally if all else fails, you can post a video youtube complaint and then move your money to another bank.

Good luck!
