Who Coined The Term Sexual Harassment And When Did It Become A Legal "Trend"?
The first question is clear, but when I mean by legal trend, I mean, when did suing or reporting somebody for sexual harassment become a trend of abuse and frivolous filings?
I mean, ever since it was coined, numerous of people started abusing the system. The balance of power swings over mainly to women considering the amount of unnecessary protection the law has provided.
I myself am sick of this abuse, and I want to know when and how this started.
