I need to know who created each but I only have a description of -started by 2 college students who had to borrow money from their mother. - started by a man in California who had to use almost all the money he had. - started by a man who was 65 years old.
I just need to know which one is which?

Read the histories in their websites. They are all different.

If you go to wikipedia or their own websites (Usually, the name of the restaurant with .com at the end) you'll find their history pages.
