Lopunny (pkmn)
Gardevoir (pkmn)
Kuchiki Rukia (bleach)
Tira (Soul Cailbur 3)

these ones are human form, others are gross
 
Tira and Kuchiki are hot, but pokemon? Thats kind of sick. I think the pokemon in human form would be hot, but not the actual pokemon. Rouge the bat is kind of human, but she has wings, so shes kind of creepy. I think one of the hottest anime characters is bulma from dbz
