who has used junel fe birth control.. acne?!!?

i just started my second week of junel fe birth control.. and i've been reading a little bit and i'm really scared because people are talking about how their birth control has given them huge pimples etc.. and i'm very worried because i have had moderate acne but i hoped that this junel would help... but just this monday i got a pimple and i usually never get those. does it get worse before it gets better?!! or is this just going to be a bad reaction? or is it because of something else... HELP!!!!! oh ya and im 15..................
