The two anime characters, Johan Liebert of Monster and Michio Yuki of MW, have similar characteristics. They're the antagonists of their works, secret military experiments, can manipulate powerful people, having ambitions to end the world and becomes last standing of it, provoke their enemies to kill them, and cross-dressing.
