Who is over Directv's Advocate Dept.?

I need to contact someone who is over Ellen Filipiak. DIRECTV’s Customer Advocate team. This is the dept. you contact if your not 100% satisfied. I got a reply from them, they didn't help. So now i want to go to whoever is over them.
