Who makes a dvd recorder with VCR, digital tuner that plays AVI/Divx and MPEG?

I'm looking for a DvD recoders with VCR with a built in digital tuner that also plays Divx and Mpeg. Would also like a slot for a memory card. Also - I don't know much...if something plays Divx, does that mean it would play AVI as well?
