who makes wishes on 11:11?

me and my best friend always do!! mine hardly ever come true but last summer she wished for this guy she never talked to before to ask her out and like 6 months later kinda out of the blue he told her he liked her and broke up with his gf and now there going out. :)
 
I once did because a guy friend of mine told me about it while heading back to camp in a field trip and kind. I only consider him to be a friend. Now that I much older, I wonder why??? i wonder if he also was making a wish and what?!!!. Weird.
 
i do as well.

i know most of the wishes don't come true, but 'you don't know until you tried'
