Who should I target (for trade) for rogers/stafford?

I have aaron rogers and matthew stafford and i'm trying to trade one of them to strengthen my team. Who should I target in return?

My rb's are best, torain, felix jones, and spiller
My wr's are Dez Bryant, Percy Harvin, Crabtree, and Heyward Bey
Te's Cooley and Celek
