A vets office quoted me prices for different things. Like spaying cat - asked how much it would cost me. Gave price then after procedure said price didn't include anestesia(sp?). Similar for declawing - didn't give proper aftercare instuctions which meant I needed to bring in cat to fix problem she shouldn't have had. Then vet yelled at me when I tried to ask about the prices being different than quotes. He's very unprofessional and I want to go on record with a complaint. But to who?
