Why 95 Eclipse wont idle?

I also did the ignition key engine code test and go no codes.
It will not idle, I start the car giving it alittle gas and as long as i hold the pedal down, it will stay on, but if i let off it shuts off, it will crank back up just wont idle. I have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump, it has a semi new MSD wires and ignition coil. brand new plugs also. Could it be the idle screw needing adjusting?
 
check the n i double g e r goddamn idle control valve, or ur throttle body clean them both.
obviously it wont stay open on its own, if that doesnt work then take a dump in the gas tank/
