Why are all my jar files in a nokia format?

When i downloaded nokia pc suite all of my jar files (and other files to) are in nokia format. Now i don't know how to put them on samsung phones as they are " Rejected".
Currently all the files open with samsung pc studio 3 but its still nokia a nokia application installer file
 
Nokia pc suite aligns all .jar files to its application installer. To undo this, right click the jar file, select open with... and then choose your the program you want.
