why are athiest so much more dumber than christians?

There's a period at the end of a declarative sentence and a capital letter at the start of one. We may be dumb, but there's still a lesson to be learned from us Dumbos. It's 'so much dumber' rather than 'so much more dumber'. The 'more' is redundant and repetitive.

I'm taking this seriously.

They aren't. Many of them are very intelligent. They're just foolish, in a biblical sense. Proverbs repeatedly tells us that the "fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom". Obviously they can't respect (fear) God if they don't believe in him. In fact, you'll see all kinds of answers on here where they heap abuse on christians and Jesus himself to show their contempt for the idea of God.

Psalms tells us that "The fool in his heart says there is no God." The footnote in my source defines "fool" as one who is morally deficient.

Atheists are no more or less dumb than Christians, Muslims, Hindu, Native Americans, etc. Why? Has anyone ever thought about the fact that atheists do believe in something? They believe in the idea that God doesn't exist. They have faith in their belief that God doesn't exist. They do believe in money (that money has value and that they can go to work, earn that money, take it to the store and buy groceries or pay the rent with it and they will be able to receive goods for that money...takes an awful lot of faith, especially in this economy, to believe in that), they believe in the goodness of people, they believe in love, the universe is big, etc. They have faith that the sun will rise in the East and set in the West. They believe and have faith it will do that every single day. The only difference is that they have faith that God doesn't exist; what makes them any better or worse than people who do believe that God exists but won't live their lives with the principles He's given them to live their lives by? I'm not talking about peace on Earth, saving the whales and rainforests, eating vegan, or giving a dollar to the beggar on the street. I'm talking about basic human respect people are supposed to show to each other each and every day. Want an example? The next time you're in your car driving to or from work, take a look at your behavior from the outside. Are you driving while texting? While talking on your phone? Speeding? Cutting people off? Flipping them off? Are you stopping at every stop sign and traffic light (not rolling through them like I see everyone do every day, but a complete STOP)? Every one of these things is a violation of both the Golden Rule and the principle that we are supposed to obey the laws of both God AND man. We don't just get to pick and choose. So, where's the respect in driving and talking on your phone? What makes your life so much more important than the lives of all the other people on the road that you would put them in that kind of danger?

Who is truly dumb?

Are those the ones who believe that they will go to heaven just for believing and if they were to do something bad all they have to do is pass the blame to jesus.

Anyways you don't have to be christian to be right and that's something christians tend to forget.
I believe in something greater than everything that you can just refer to as God but one thing I do not believe in is organized religion. Especially something as corrupt as christianity.

You also lost any respect when you wrote your question the way you did. You think you have the right to say someone else is stupid when you yourself don't even know how to say it.

Except in extreme cases of organic brain lesions, intelligence is a construct enabling society to sort people into roles considered appropriate for their abilities combined with a consensus evaluation of the value of those roles. The mainstream education system in any case tends to fail to enable people to reach anything like their real potential. Therefore, the concept of "more dumber" is pretty dubious. Compared to God we're all really, really stupid anyway.

Because we can think and sometimes thinking seems to be a lacking quality in many theist conclusions about atheist and life in general.

I'm with ya! How people fail to see the evidence of a creator when it is all around them I do not understand. But don't worry--eventually God will make His presence known!
