I'm 37. I have just been at CVS in Ann Arbor, MI. Cigarettes from most brands were available at the counter. I'm glad to see how my pharmacy cares about my health.
I meant BEHIND the counter. Why don't they keep nicotine gums together with the cigarettes?
For the same reason that they lock up Sudafed and most razor blade refills. People will shop lift them every chance they get, although I can't imagine why you would want to steal razor blades, If you can't afford them, grow a beard.
