Why are some Blu-ray movies are released late on amazon.co.uk?

For example, there is The Mummy [Blu-ray] Which is being released on July 22nd, 2008. When i go to http://www.amazon.com/ It is there and it says its available for Pre-Order. When I go to http://www.amazon.co.uk/ the website i buy everything from its not there!
Am i doing something wrong? Can you tell me whats the problem? Is there a list for movies going to be released? Or am I doing something wrong? Please help...
