I come on this site about once a week, and without fail, someone has to ask why Yahoo! News is biased to this or that, or why Yahoo! News is reporting on something that's either not news or is not reporting on some important issue, or they're asking how to contact Yahoo! News writers to call them out on something.
You fools can read, right? Have you ever looked a Yahoo! News story? They're not written by anyone associated with Yahoo!. They're stories from wire services, typically The Associated Press and Reuters. It usually says that in parenthesis about two words into the story.
Yahoo! News is just a site that pays a subscription fee to these services the same way a newspaper does. And then some guy sitting at a desk somewhere just takes a look at what stories he thinks are most important, what big breaking news is coming out or stories that he thinks will generate interest and then posts them to news.yahoo.com. At the most, a Yahoo! News online editor might have to re-word the headlines that already come on these stories to fit the slot they have alloted on the website. Actually, I wouldn't even be surprised if Yahoo! News had a computer that just automatically snagged AP and Reuters stories and posted them and just had people checking to make sure it was working and running smoothly.
Stop being fools.
