in Anna Nicole Smith case? Instead, they were charged for 8 felonies in drug conspiracy before she died. That IS conspiracy of murder. When you're supplying drugs to an addict, her mind doesn't really have a choice but to take them. So, isn't this conspiracy of murder? Shouldn't they be charged for first degree murder?
