I was listening to my voivcemail an hour ago, and just this hour I upgraded features for my plan to a free upgrade from basic voicemail to visual voicemail for my BlackBerry Bold 9000. When I call my own number with or without a 1 and/or area code, it acts like im calling someones normal voicemail to leave a message. When I hold 1, or dial the Voicemail contact on the phone, the following is heard: "Welcome to AT&T Wireless Voicemail. To check your messages, please enter your 10-digit telephone number, followed by the star key once your greeting begins.. To leave a message, please enter the 10-digit phone number of the person you are trying to reach. If you have a mailbox on this system, please press pound." Pressing pound tells you this: "Mailbox number please. (*5 second pause*) Please enter the mailbox number specified by your system manager." Entering my 10 digit phone number without star during or after these prompts causes the system to tell me to re-enter because it was incorrect. Entering it with the star key during or after these prompts causes the system to start all over again with the first thing it said when i initially dial my voicemail. "Welcome to...(etc., etc.)" **Note: I just recently brought this phone back to life after 5 months of being unable to be turned on or even show a light. It now shows my number on my sim card or on the dial screen as if it was endlessly long with extra number that come after my 10 digit one.. it goes on with numbers and question mark symbols.. Could that be the problem or is that something even more nutsy? Thanks in advance to anyone with any input on this! -Rick
