why can I not do a restore on my pc?

4 days ago I used CClean on my pc, and now I can't do a restore at all, the sites I use to play games on will let me have access, but I can't play any of the games, I use, King.com, PlayandWin and Pogo, what have I done, help me please, thanks Mau
