Why can't I access my T-Mobile hot spot trial on my new psp?

I dnt knw if it is the are where i live , here in Camden NJ or if it s that there is something wrong???? Can some one give me some tips on how to access that account????
 
cause every year t-mobile renews their subscription
and they propably havent done it
thats what they told me at starbucks
