M MsBrewton Member Feb 8, 2009 #2 Turn off your firewall If you are currently running your pc without virus protection - make sure that your are: Go to the Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and uninstall any anti-virus that's in the list. Turn your Firewall back on, Reboot your pc, then download and install AVG
