For the past few days ive notice that when i tried to download instead of gettin the usual app is downloading message i got a download was unsuccessful please try again now ive been on google for a just about the entire day ive tried and cleared alot of cache data i read that doing the factory reset doesnt work so i went to my last resort and decided to see if anyone here knew what i should do oh and sumthin else before i forget the disc that i got with the android thats suppose to be the kyocera update tool thats suppose to go on to ur computer i tried to install it and it didnt work i have a vista so if u can help me it would be very glad
