Why can't I get Bluetooth to work?

I just mean regular old Bluetooth, the one that came on my Razr. I try to get it so we can zap ring tones back and forth, but my phone doesn't support it, when other Razrs do and such do. Do I have to buy something to help it work, or is my phone just defective?
 
if you mean your phone doesnt support bluetooth there's nothing you can do about it but buy a phone with bluetooth, if you mean the files being sent to you are incompatible, the best you can do is to upgrade the firmware of your phone. your phone should have come with a disc, motorola phone tools install it plug your phone to your computer then look for upgrades thru the phone tools program if you get an upgrade and still doesn't play those files there's really nothing you can do.
 
go 2 ur settings, then connections, then blue tooth. u must enable it. somtimes u need 2 search 4 a device so ur head set can work :). Try and go 2 google and type:
step by step on how to cannect to bluetooth. This should work if not call ur service provider they will explain what 2 do exactly. Good luck
