Why cant i save downloaded ringtones or wallpapers or copied pictured on my lg

rumor touch? I have an lg rumor touch with virgin mobile and when i download ringtones or wallpapers from myxer.com i dont find it on my phone. Same with trying to save images while on Opera Mini; they arent ever saved on my phone. Why is that???
