Why can't I save Pictures on Tumblr to my Photo Library on my iTouch?

Why can't I save photo's on tumblr to my photo library on my itouch? this never happened to me before i used to have no problem with saving it to my photo library. but now when i hold down the picture nothing comes up

try looking for Privacy in Settings, and there's tumblr icon which you have to switch on :)
this helped me for my iphone 4s, I had the same problem.

I'm having the same problem, but I can't seem to find the switch. Could you guys help?
