i bought a 10 $ top up card, i tried calling #123 like it says on the card and it said my phone isn't activated but it is because i just had minutes. and on the telus website it says down for maintenance, and when i click top up, it says i don't have authorized access to this information -_- i need to use my phone! (and yes i was logged into my account)
