Why can't I update/restore my jailbroken iPad iOS 4.3.3 to iOS 5.0.1?

Hi, i'm having a problem when I want to update/restore my jailbroken iPad.
It shows this error message "error 12"
Does anyone knows why this thing happened and how to fix it?
