I couldn't understand why they took my payment and then refunded every one.  After getting a late fee I found the reason. They used my phone number plus 2 digits for my original account number but changed the 2 digits for the second account number. Therefore, all my payments were returned because my online bill pay had the old number.  Call customer service.</blockquote>
