In the Camping World Truck series they had to make 1 pit stop for fuel and another for tires. Why was this a rule? Will it be for every race.

Yes, it is a new rule for the 2009 season. Trucks coming in to pit are allowed to get tires OR get gassed up. Trucks are no longer permitted to get both tires and gas during a single pit stop.

They said it was to cut down on the amount of the pit crew over the wall. I don't know if this is the rule for every race, sure hope not.

First of all it is not a rule. Plus you run out of fuel.(no du) The tiers are not the same kind of tires we have on are cars.

It is a new rule for 2009! It is to cut down on costs but i do not see how it will because many just come down to get the other on the 2nd pit stop! Also to cut down on crew members you only need 5 with the new rule before this rule you had 7! It is for every race and will count under green and yellow! They also like it because it allows someone two chances to come out of pitroad with the lead!
