Why do Americans complain about the high cost of health insurance?

They are the ones who don't exercise, they eat a lot of junk food, and over 70% are fat. Tell me why a nation with a lot of resources would complain about the high cost of health care, when they can just do simple things, like eating an apple, or drinking water and running, to stay healthy. I bet if the majority were healthy, we wouldn't even worry about the cost of health insurance. In Economics, when the demand of a product is high, (such as health insurance) the producer can increase prices as long as the demand won't go down (health insurance's demand probably won't go down because of more and more unhealthy Americans). You see that, that's why the price is going up. I just wanna hear a few suggestions from you guys. This nation is really messing itself up.
