I am an Egyptian who lived in America for 3 years and I live in Russia (Moscow) now. Every time I heard Americans or American media talking about Russia, they say that it’s poor and don’t have enough money and racist and all that. What I see now in Russia is completely different; Russia is as good as any other super power. I am not rich at all ( I live in an apartment) and I have an average job and I have enough money and everything. Also, most Russians are very happy with their country and government and life. More over, Russia is the second country people immigrate to and I see tons of immigrants from all over the world (even from countries in Western Europe like England and France). Also, there are lots of jobs now in Russia and streets look very nice and clean. Why do Americans and Americans media say that about Russia? Is it may be political since Russia supports countries like Iran, Libya, etc? Or is it because Americans are jealous of Russia since Russia doesn’t have recession right now like the one in the USA?
