It once stopped for a while but its started doing it again.
I was thirsty when i first went to bed last night, and got up and got some water and went back to bed.
I kept waking up in the middle of the night last night, about 3 times which is the most i think, each time i drank a whole cup full of water.
Why is this and what can i do?
