Message: <blockquote data-quote="Rip_SouLjah" data-source="post: 2427794" data-attributes="member: 720490"><p>its a new computer, i bought it all brand new and the parts, dual core 2gb ram, top ati radeon card, and wiondows 7, for some reason everytime i turn off the computer or restart it, it will be a black screen, monitor light will be blinking like its on standby and the "busy" light on the computer is full on, not blinking just on, i tried leaving it but nothing, i figured it out that it will NOT start unless i press restart button exactly 3 times, 1 and wait...2 and wait...3 and wait and then the keyboard lights will flash and screen will come on and everything will work perfect. what is this? its really annoying and im sure its not good for my computer that i have to press restart 3x everytime i turn it on.</p></blockquote><p></p>
